Job Purpose |
To ensure smooth implementation of FSL programs in IhsanRD. This includes providing guidance and support to the team as well as ensuring proper coordination with other sectors and organizational functions. The coordinator will work closely with other support departments including logistics, finance and HR to ensure proper procurement, forecasting and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities |
- Participating in the development, and implementation of assigned program projects, monitors and analyses project development and implementation.
- Supporting the FSL program activities includes liaising with program implementing authorities and ensuring the delivery of project outputs and outcomes.
- Coordinating activities related to budget and funding.
- Preparing projects and submitting reports such as progress reports and final reports, etc. to donors. Also, preparing related documents/reports (pledging, work plan, projects budget).
- Contributing to the preparation of work plans and providing advice to the budget holder(s) on the utilization of staff and non-staff resources, and budget implementation.
- Providing administrative and technical support to the FSL department in Cash response, CfW, Agriculture, and Livestock projects.
- Maintaining a strong relationship, cooperation, and collaboration with Ihsan’s partner organizations and donors.
- Representing Ihsan in a variety of relevant forums and meetings. Also, build relationships with stakeholders.
- Conducting the above tasks and any other tasks requested by the line manager.
- Respect and apply all the PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action.
- Respect and apply safeguarding principles.
Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience) |
- Essential:
- Bachelor is Degree, preferably in a discipline such as business administration, management and economics or any other discipline relevant to development.
- Previous experience in a related position for at least 2 years, including managing livelihoods projects.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Active Directory
- Advanced level in English.
- Desirable:
- Master degree is desirable.
- Managing UN funded projects is preferable.
- Experience in remote management.
- Experience in working “Cash based response” projects is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience.
